Trent Lawhorn is a 2005 graduate of Clemson University’s Construction Science and Management Department. Beginning with internships in Greenville and Charleston, SC, Trent has spent the majority of his career within South Carolina, working for M.B. Kahn Construction and Trident Construction. Prior to OMNI, Trent travelled to Indiana in the mid-2000’s to complete a 300,000-square foot fast track, design-build industrial facility. After 9 more years of building in Charleston, Trent and Family moved to Charlottesville, VA to build a large hotel. Trent has worked on projects large and small for a vast array of clients, including Religious, Medical, Multi-Family and Hospitality, and Commercial. Trent has managed construction projects in a “soup to nuts” fashion throughout his career, beginning often with nothing but a concept, and ending with a complete facility. Trent enjoys contract negotiations, understanding the overall goals of a project to develop a means to completion, and developing close relationships with his Clients. These skills benefit OMNI’s Client’s day in and day out. Trent lives in Charleston with his wife and their two children.
