Trent Lawhorn

Trent Lawhorn is a 2005 graduate of Clemson University’s Construction Science and Management Department. Beginning with internships in Greenville and Charleston, SC, Trent worked briefly for M.B. Kahn Construction after graduation, followed by an 11-year stint at Trident Construction. He completed construction projects in multiple states and is currently managing projects for OMNI’s clients in SC, VA, KY, PA, NC, and NY. Trent has focused on hospitality, multi-family / housing projects, and commercial office space for the last several years, and enjoys complex redevelopment projects.

Trent enjoys contract negotiations, due-diligence and entitlement pursuit, understanding the overall goals of a project and developing a means to completion, and forming close relationships with his Clients. Since founding OMNI with Andy in 2017, Trent has thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of OMNI’s consistent, yet ever-changing, role in real estate development projects, most notably allowing OMNI’s clients to focus on their own areas of expertise. 

Trent lives in Charlottesville with his wife and their three young children, spending much of his free time wondering what happened to his free time.
