Bear Reinhardt

Bear Reinhardt is the heart and tail of the OMNI’s Charleston office. Between greeting visitors with a wag and keeping morale high during long days, Bear takes his role as Chief Happiness Officer very seriously. When he’s not supervising meetings (usually from a sunny spot on And'y’s couch), you can find him napping, asking politely for treats, or making sure everyone takes a well-deserved break.

Dependable, friendly, and full of personality, Bear adds warmth and humor to OMNI’s workspace. His presence is a daily reminder that the best teams are built not just on hard work—but on joy, loyalty, and a little bit of fur.
