Ben Lucas

Ben Lucas is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, and is a 2026 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a background in communication, finance, and commercial real estate. He has experience supporting real estate transactions from early analysis through closing, with an emphasis on client communication, negotiation, and due diligence. Ben is skilled at communicating complex financial and market information to help clients and investors make informed decisions.

Ben spent several years with SVN Wood Properties in Knoxville as a Junior Associate Advisor and Business Development Intern, where he gained experience in real estate development, retail and office leasing, and investment sales.

Ben came to Charlottesville to participate in Trinity Fellows, a nine-month Christian leadership and work-study program. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, going to concerts, and cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies.
