Cade Batchelor

Cade Batchelor began his construction career in 2017 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to joining OMNI in early 2026, Cade worked at Edifice Construction with a focus on project management for design-build projects.

At Edifice, Cade honed his ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing planning, budgeting, and execution. He developed a strong understanding of the importance of working closely with local authorities to successfully shepherd projects through entitlements and permitting, while also delivering complex and atypical projects.

Cade brings experience across a diverse project portfolio that includes senior living, high-rise, hospitality, athletic, medical, multifamily, municipal, and commercial market sectors throughout the Carolinas. He enjoys developing “outside-the-box” solutions rooted in his broad industry experience and thrives in navigating the nuances of different jurisdictions to consistently deliver high-quality results, regardless of location.

Cade lives in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina with his wife, their three children, and their Belgian Malinois. When not in the woods hunting, he enjoys spending time with his family, sitting by a fire, or being out on the water.
