The Choice brand Hotel was a ground up 4 story wood frame construction of a 124 Room hotel totaling approximately 60,000 SF, including a lift station and back up generator.
By maintaining the schedule, the construction time for this project was less than 14 months from breaking ground to opening.
OMNI’s coordination was an integral part of the project by maintaining open communication between the GC, Owner, and 3rd party vendors throughout construction and continuing to drive the process to properly integrate and train the Property management team in time for the hotel opening.
