The Choice brand Hotel was a ground up 4 story wood frame construction of a 124 Room hotel totaling approximately 60,000 SF, including coordination of a significant sewer extension that crossed multiple neighboring properties.
By maintaining and driving the schedule, the construction time for this project was accelerated by 20 days from breaking ground to opening.
OMNI’s coordination was an integral part of the project by maintaining open communication between the GC, Owner, and municipalities throughout construction and provided a smooth transition to operations for an early opening.
