Ashley Hall, a private girls' school enrolling students in grades K-12 with a co-educational pre-k program, has retained OMNI to assist in navigating their overall Capital Improvement and Program Management on their campus. Ashley Hall, founded in 1909, is a jewel in the heart of downtown Charleston nestled within a 4.5-acre oak-canopied campus. The campus features numerous historic properties, including the James Nicholson House, Warren Street House, and the Elizabeth Rovers Lewine '54 House for Global Studies. OMNI's roles and responsibilities consist of reviewing and assessing the overall condition of existing facilities, strategic planning and phasing of Cap Ex projects, creating a master plan aligned with a strategic Cap Ex budget for current and future campus needs, managing contractors and subcontractors for various campus-wide projects, and navigating challenges with permitting and approvals for the numerous improvements being executed on the historical campus.
