JONES FORD PARKING LOT EXPANSION, NORTH CHARLESTON SC
The Jones Ford Parking Lot Expansion project is a creative team effort led by OMNI in an effort to provide much needed parking and storage space for the massive growth that Jones Ford has experienced since the new Truck Service facility was completed back in 2015. The transformation of the existing retention pond into a state-of-the art underground detention system took a not so standard stormwater design to effectively capture the only remaining property available to Jones Ford. OMNI completely managed the project as the Owner’s right hand, including conceptual and final project budgeting, contractor management, design team coordination, municipal coordination, construction project oversight, and managing of all 3rd party vendors which provide savings of over $800,000 to Jones Ford.
